Screens show colour in RGB using light, while printers use CMYK ink, and some bright RGB greens, blues and oranges cannot be matched exactly in ink. Converting your file to CMYK before sending gives you a closer preview of the printed result.

Images should be 300 DPI at the final printed size. A web image that looks sharp on a phone may be far too small when enlarged, which produces a soft or pixelated sticker.
